⟡ races with ears (elezen, midlander, etc) will need an ear remover to fit properly or an earless sculpt.
⟡ different parts of the gems dye with different color rows. this can create some really pretty effects with using different colors, or set all rows to the same color for a monochrome gem.

toggles refer to parts of the sculpt that can be turned on/off at the aesthetician, in the character creator, or in the glamourer window. depending on the race, toggles will override the vanilla eyeliners, moles, extra scales, scars, etc.

shape keys refer to the options you get in the character creator that change the shape of certain aspect of the face such as the eyes and lips. for sculpts that include shape keys, these can either be adjusted by using a fantasia, creating a new character, or creating a new glamourer profile with your desired options.

since 7.0, eye mods have shared file paths that get overridden with custom sculpts. to use custom eyes in penumbra, go to the sculpt, choose advanced editing and the file redirections window should come up. from the dropdown on the top right, choose the black sclera option and scroll through the file paths to find the ones highlighted in green. copy the path with your race/face number (ex. xaela face 2 is c1401f0102) and paste into the file redirections in your custom eye mod.

similar to custom eye mods, you can use the dropdown under advanced editing in penumbra to choose the option you want to edit. scroll down to the green highlighted options and delete the paths that correspond to the faces you don't want to be affected!

unfortunately with the limitations to porting from one race to another, i will not be releasing my sculpts to anything other than the race they are based on. private commissions are permitted though!
